Collect data.
Understand
what matters.

Akmelo collects website data and helps you work with it. Describe your task, test your collection scenario, and move on to analysis while collection runs on schedule.

Collect names, prices
and availability

One way to organize your data
From the first request to the exportCollect. Analyze. Act.

You know what to look for.
Start here.

You don't need to start with code. Tell the AI assistant what data you need and where to find it. It will examine the source, help choose fields, and prepare a collection scenario.

Already have a method in mind? Create a scenario manually and tailor it to your task.

How scenarios work
For example
“Collect names, prices, and availability from the catalog. I need to see what has changed.”
NamePriceAvailabilityLink

A clear task becomes structured data you can use.

First, make sure
the result is what you need.

The assistant checks the scenario with a trial run. Review the records it found, clarify the details, and confirm the full collection run.

  1. 1

    Describe your task

Provide the source and fields you need. You can clarify the details in chat.

  2. 2

    See an example

Review sample data and ask to correct anything that is off.

  3. 3

    Confirm the run

You decide when to run a collection and whether to schedule it.

Prices, purchasing, product range.
Start with your task.

Which prices should change, what should you order, and which product pages need more detail? Describe your task in your own words. The assistant will help turn it into a data collection plan.

For example, before a price review
“Collect our catalog and a competitor's catalog: manufacturer SKUs, categories, prices, and specifications. Use matching columns so we can compare the same products.”

Provide the sources and fields you need. Review sample records before confirming collection.

Compare products by a shared SKU in your spreadsheet or analytics system.

Review prices in time

A manager copies storefront prices, but some have already changed by the time the review is over. Scheduled collection provides fresh exports for comparison. The team checks the differences and decides which prices to change.

Check availability before ordering

“Every morning, collect SKUs, purchase prices, and availability from the supplier catalog.”

Filter available items in the table and give the buyer an up-to-date list. Spend less time double-checking products that can no longer be ordered.

Prepare products for publication

“Collect names, categories, materials, and sizes from the manufacturer's catalog.”

Check empty fields, group items by category, and export the data in the required structure. The content manager can see what is ready to transfer and what needs clarification.

Find what matters

From a single record to the bigger picture: view the same data from different angles.

The data stays up to date.
You don't have to repeat yourself.

Schedule a verified scenario. Akmelo will start collection at the chosen time, and the run history will show what happened.

Frequency and available resources depend on your plan and workspace settings.

We count processing time.
You control your spending.

A short page and a complex catalog take different amounts of work. That is why cloud collection is billed by execution time rather than a fixed fee per request.

Every task has its own pace

Time-based processing

Cost depends on how long the scenario runs. Browser operations and AI are billed separately.

You can compile a one-off list by hand. When you need data regularly, it is easier to connect collection, review, and export in one process.

Do I need to know how to code?

Start by describing your task to the AI assistant. It can help prepare a scenario and check it with a trial run. Complex sources may need clarification and manual adjustments.

What data can I collect?

For example, names, prices, availability, specifications, and other fields available from your chosen source. What you can collect depends on the website, its rules, and your rights to use the data. Some sources do not allow automated collection.

What happens after the first collection?

Records are saved in the workspace. Filter, group, compare versions, and export them. You can run a verified scenario again or add it to a schedule.

How can I estimate the cost of my task?

Cost depends on cloud execution time, browser and AI usage, your plan, and included budgets. Start with a trial run and check the actual cost in your transaction history. The number of requests alone does not determine the final cost.

Can I connect my own system?

Yes. Use CSV, JSON, or XML exports, access data through the API, or deliver it through an available connection. You can adjust the format and fields to suit the recipient.

Start with a question
that needs data.

Keep the source, scenario, and results in one workspace.
