Payments, Balance, and Refunds
Effective date: January 1, 2026. This revision applies to a user after it is made available and, where required, accepted. Provider: Жужгов Роман Алексеевич, Taxpayer ID (INN) 590618061494; individual applying the professional income tax regime. Billing enquiries: support@insoweb.ru or the support form.
1. Availability of payments
At the initial stage, paid services are purchased directly from the Provider, who applies Russia's professional income tax regime, after agreeing an order with support. Users cannot add funds to their balance through the interface yet. The price, scope, and term are communicated before payment. Do not transfer money to payment details that the Provider has not confirmed for the order.
Before confirming a purchase, the user can review the amount in rubles, duration, and restrictions. An individual order may set special terms if agreed and consistent with mandatory rules. After receiving payment, the Provider issues and delivers a professional income tax receipt as required by law.
2. Balance and charges
The cash balance represents an advance payment for services. It is not a bank account, deposit, or means of transferring money between users. Adding funds does not by itself purchase a plan or remove quantitative limits. A plan purchase from the balance is confirmed separately. An unused cash advance does not expire merely because a plan period ends.
Resource budgets included in a plan differ from a cash advance: periodic budgets apply only within their specified period and cannot be paid out as money. Additional charges against the general balance require the relevant setting and limit to be enabled. Reserving funds is not a final charge. Charges and adjustments appear in the transaction history.
Resources may be consumed while a task is running even if the source changes or the result does not meet the user's expectations. This does not relieve the Provider of its duty to correct an incorrect charge or of liability for improper service. A disputed charge is reviewed against the task and transaction records.
3. Subscriptions and a self-hosted agent
The subscription's duration, scope, and restrictions are set out in the accepted offer. Automatic renewal with a new charge is not assumed unless a separate mechanism is agreed. Changes to future rates do not retroactively change charges already recorded.
When a subscription for a self-hosted agent ends, delivery of new configurations and connected features stops as described in the offer. A perpetual license previously granted for an earlier offline configuration remains effective within its stated scope. It does not promise perpetual access to cloud services, updates, or support.
4. Refunds and termination
To request a refund, contact support with the payment date and amount, receipt details or another identifier, the reason, and information sufficient to verify the payer. Do not send a complete card number, security code, or password. Each request is assessed on its facts: the Provider checks the payment, unused advance, services actually delivered, and substantiated expenses, then explains the calculation and refund procedure. If the Provider made an error, the request is assessed in light of the user's mandatory rights. Refunds are made to the rightful payer through a lawful method; an internal credit does not replace a cash refund where one is required. The corresponding tax receipt is adjusted as required when money is returned.
There is no blanket prohibition on refunds. The consumer's right to cancel a service and other mandatory protections remain in force. Deductions are permitted only on a lawful basis and with the necessary evidence. For business relationships, the agreed order and applicable law are taken into account. Even a confirmed breach of the rules may lead to restricted access, but does not automatically forfeit unused advance payments or remove a mandatory refund right. Response and refund periods depend on the basis for the request and the law; a shorter statutory period prevails.
