Rights Infringement Complaints
Effective date: January 1, 2026. This revision applies to a user after it is made available and, where required, accepted. Contact for complaints: support@insoweb.ru or the support form. Provider: Жужгов Роман Алексеевич, Taxpayer ID (INN) 590618061494; individual applying the professional income tax regime.
1. Who can file a complaint
A rights holder, source owner, data subject, authorized representative, or other interested person may report a suspected infringement. You do not need to register with Akmelo, purchase a service, or first dispute the matter with a user. For personal data questions, you may also contact support@insoweb.ru.
2. What to include
To help us review the matter, please provide:
- your name or organization name and a contact address for the reply;
- the protected subject matter or information at issue and the basis of your authority;
- exact page addresses, available task or export identifiers, or other details that allow us to locate the disputed processing;
- a description of the infringement and the action requested, such as stopping collection, restricting access, removing material, or correcting information;
- available evidence and a statement that the circumstances reported are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Do not send passwords, tokens, complete identity documents, or large sets of information about unrelated people. If proof of identity or authority is needed, we will request a proportionate amount of information. An incomplete first message may require clarification, but does not by itself prevent urgent action where a serious threat is evident.
3. Review and measures
The Provider checks whether the complaint relates to the Service and contains sufficient information, and may ask the user for an explanation. Depending on the circumstances, it may restrict the task in question, access to material, delivery of results, or the account. Where there is a security threat, leak, or binding request from a competent authority, measures may be taken immediately.
A reply is provided without undue delay; mandatory time limits are set by applicable law. We do not promise to resolve every dispute within a fixed number of days, as investigations differ in complexity. Where possible, the complainant is informed of the measures taken or the need for more information. Information about another person's account is disclosed only on a proper legal basis.
Materials may be retained to a limited extent as evidence where there is a legal basis to do so. Reviewing a complaint does not acknowledge the complainant's rights, the user's fault, or a duty to satisfy every request. The right to contact a court or competent authority remains in force.
4. User's objection
The user may send an explanation and documents showing permission, a license, or another legal basis to support@insoweb.ru. Reinstatement depends on the review, applicable law, and mandatory requirements; there is no automatic reinstatement after a set period. Re-creating a blocked task to circumvent the restriction is prohibited.
5. Complaints from other countries
If a special notice and counter-notice procedure applies to a particular matter, it is followed in accordance with the required details and deadlines of the relevant law. This general contact channel does not itself establish a registered agent for service of notices under US law or guarantee a special limitation of liability in any country.
