Navigation, Tables, and Personal Settings
The sidebar brings together sources, data, exports, and administration. The button near the logo collapses it to icons; the expand button appears before the breadcrumbs at the top of the page. Hover over an icon to see its name. The chosen layout is saved in your browser.
Working with lists
Use search and filters to find records. View settings let you choose visible columns, their order and width, sorting, and grouping. List conditions are saved in the URL: you can share it with a colleague who has access to the same data. The link does not grant any additional permissions.
If a list looks empty, clear its filters first. In the prepared files section, a dedicated create button appears before the first file is prepared. Elsewhere, an empty selection does not necessarily mean that no data exists.
Large tables load data as you browse. Scrolling stays within the work area, leaving the page heading accessible.
Settings
Select the user icon at the bottom of the menu or Settings in the top bar. Here you can change the appearance, default workspace, account, limits, and subscription. Search helps find a setting. Use breadcrumbs in nested sections. Team settings are separate in the team section.
Closing windows
A dialog or right-hand panel normally closes with its close button, by clicking the backdrop, or by pressing Escape. If you have unsaved changes, choose whether to save them, keep editing, or close without saving. Do not close the browser tab until a save operation finishes.
