Personal Settings and Security

Open settings with the profile button or the settings button in the header. Sections and search are on the left, and the selected section's options are on the right. In nested sections, the path shows where you are.

Appearance

Choose a light, dark, or system theme. The system theme follows your device settings. Appearance cards show a preview. Interface settings belong to your account and do not change how colleagues see the application.

You can collapse the left sidebar. In its narrow mode, tooltips identify the icons, and the expand button is in the header beside the page path. The limits indicator remains available when collapsed.

Default workspace

If you belong to several workspaces, choose which one opens when you sign in. Check the current workspace before creating a resource, issuing a token, or paying. Personal settings do not replace team settings and roles.

Limits and subscription

Limits shows current allowances and resources in use. Subscription shows your plan and terms. See limits and balance and subscription.

Account security

Set a unique password. If you enable two-factor protection, store recovery codes away from the device with your authenticator app. Do not send them to colleagues or to a chat.

Review active sessions and end unknown ones. Use separate tokens and API keys for integrations; an external application does not need your account password.

When closing a window with unsaved changes, the system offers to save or discard them. If saving fails, read the error and correct the fields before leaving.

Code example appearance

Under Appearance → Code examples, choose a light, dark, system, or inverted theme. Inverted is the default: code is dark in the light application and light in the dark application. The system option follows device settings.

Changes appear immediately and are saved in this browser. In an individual example's header, you can temporarily choose another theme; Auto restores the general setting. A new selection in appearance settings applies to all open examples. The example header also contains copy and collapse controls.
