Records and Data Quality
Records are saved collection results. Use search, filters, and views to compare products, find gaps, and follow changes. Check that you selected the right site and workspace.
What to check before exporting
- The total number of products and the presence of different categories.
- Stable identifiers and no duplicates.
- Numeric prices, units, currencies, and decimal separators.
- Arrays of stock and variants, empty values, and product links.
- Products that disappeared from the source and the rules for delivering them to a recipient.
Quality checks
Quality helps you notice missing prices, repeated SKUs, and unexpected catalog changes. Choose a template, select a field, and configure its conditions. Findings appear automatically after a successful complete collection.
Read Data Quality for all 24 templates, rule creation and editing, skipped checks, sample limits, and actions on findings. Saving a rule does not change old records or fix scenario code.
Snapshots and logs
Open the relevant run and page to see the content received. A snapshot records the moment of the request; the website may have changed since then. Logs, snapshots, and files have retention periods that depend on settings and the plan. Use an export to your own storage for long-term archiving.
